Infrastructure does not determine profitability
A VPS can keep trading software running remotely, but it cannot guarantee execution quality, uninterrupted access or profitable trades. This guide concerns infrastructure only. Your broker, network path, terminal, strategy and operational setup all matter.
Choose a region using the broker’s endpoint
The region closest to your home is not necessarily closest to the trading endpoint. Ask the broker which endpoint your terminal uses and evaluate connectivity from candidate server regions. Avoid relying on a provider’s country label or a promised universal millisecond figure.
Measure the actual terminal configuration
Record resource usage with your intended number of terminals, charts, indicators and automation components running. Usage differs with plugins and activity. Leave headroom for OS maintenance, terminal updates and market activity; a fixed RAM amount does not imply a guaranteed terminal count.
Test restarts and recovery
- Confirm what happens after a server reboot.
- Check whether the terminal restarts and reconnects as intended.
- Protect account credentials and restrict remote access.
- Keep configuration backups and an independent way to monitor the service.
Do this in a test environment before relying on the setup. Schedule maintenance with the application’s operational requirements in mind.
Compare suitable plans
Arvexa lists Forex VPS, Windows VPS and RDP hosting options. Compare resources, Windows licensing, region availability and support scope in the final order. Ask sales about the intended software and region before paying if a requirement is unclear.
