Open the crypto checkout from your invoice
Use the payment button inside the Arvexa client area. The live checkout shows the cryptocurrencies and networks currently available for that invoice.
Verify the network, address and exact amount
Before sending funds, confirm the requested asset, blockchain network, destination address and amount shown during checkout. Do not reuse an address from an older invoice.
Wait for blockchain confirmations
A transfer can be detected before it is fully confirmed. The invoice is updated automatically after the payment gateway receives the required confirmations and reports the payment as completed.
If a confirmed payment remains pending
Contact Arvexa support with the billing invoice number and public transaction hash. Never share your wallet seed phrase or private key.
